After six seasons and 100 episodes, MTV said farewell to its supernatural drama series Teen Wolf and the town of Beacon Hills. Despite what fans believed to be the end, series creator and executive producer Jeff Davis has teamed up with Paramount Plus to bring the story of Scott McCall (played by actor Tyler Posey) and his pack of loyal friends to life.
This time around Teen Wolfis set to appear as a Paramount Plus film, and many of the cast members of the original series are set to reprise their roles. Some of the confirmed returning stars for the Teen Wolf movie include Holland Roden as Lydia Martin, Shelley Henning as Malia Tate, Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Orny Adams as Coach Bobby Finstock, Linden Ashby as Sheriff Noah Stilinski, JR Bourne as Chris Argent, Seth Gilliam as Dr. Alan Deaton, Colton Haynes as Jackson Whittemore, Ryan Kelley as Deputy Jordan Parrish, Melissa Ponzio as Melissa McCall, and Dylan Sprayberry as Liam Dunbar.
Jackass Is Returning To TV With New Paramount+ Series
In addition to those actors who have confirmed their return to Beacon Hills, another name was just added to the cast list as theTeen Wolf movie's release later this year approaches. It’s been recently confirmed that actor Tyler Hoechlin will be returning for the revival film to reprise his role as character Derek Hale, who appeared in the original series' first four seasons and the show's finale. The reveal of his surprising comeback follows the announcement that actor Vince Mattis will appear in the film as Derek’s teenage son. Hoechlin took to Twitter to celebrate the news, exclaiming his excitement to his 1.7 million followers.
