On X (formerly “Twitter”), search terms such as “Taylor Swift leak” are now blocked, resulting in a message saying “Something went wrong. Try reloading.” It’s very possible that real leaks have prompted X to take action to stop the sharing of this content.
It becomes increasingly likely that, as fans become desperate to download leaked files, people will take advantage and attempt to distribute viruses and other malicious software by naming it “TTPD leak” or something similar.
With the new Taylor Swift album releasing imminently, it’s no doubt safer to wait until the official release, rather than risking some dodgy download.
