The developer of Tales of Symphonia Remastered has apologised for the game’s quality and claimed it’s planning improvements.
The update of the classic RPG was released last week on PS4 and Switch, however, even before release, fans were upset to find out that the new version of the game would run at 30FPS, unlike the original which ran at a 60FPS on GameCube.
Since release, fans have reported broken textures, extremely long loads and countless crashes.

Now, the Twitter account for the Tales series has issued several tweets acknowledging the shortcomings and claiming that they will be fixed.
“We have confirmed that there is a problem with gameplay in this product version that is currently on sale. We are currently investigating a fix,” reads the first of three tweets from the game’s Japanese account.
