Sylvester Stallone recalls almost dying while filming Rocky IV. Originally released in 1985, Rocky IV was Stallone's fourth portrayal of the titular hard-nosed boxer from the City of Brotherly Love and the third film in the series that he directed, which still stands as the highest-grossing film in the franchise to date. Rocky IV also stars Talia Shire as Adrian, Burt Young as Paulie, Carl Weathers as Apollo Creed, Tony Burton as Duke, and Dolph Lundgren as Ivan Drago.
