As you get toward the end of , you'll slowly approach one of three possible endings. The endings largely depend on your decision following your interaction with Adam at the Nest. While the two main endings are based on a moral question, there are actually two versions of the same ending depending on your progress in the game.
This guide contains spoilers for the ending of. Read with caution.
One of the three endings to the game is only available based on your relationship with Lily. Make sure you complete what you want to before you pursue this ending, as you cannot keep playing after beating the game.
The second main ending to is the more common variant of the «good ending», in which you accept Adam's offer and merge with him. Upon accepting his offer, you'll enter a boss battle with Providence, a giant mech with Lily trapped inside. This battle will result in Lily's death.
If you want this variant of the good ending, you need to avoid getting Lily's progression bar to 100%.
