After narrowly escaping Coruscant at the start of Star War Jedi: Survivor, Cal Kestis decides to visit his old friend Greez Dritus on the planet Koboh to recuperate from the events that transpired on the Imperial Center. While on this dusty planet, the Jedi Knight will explore a variety of different locations, including the game's first proper big location, the Forest Array.
After solving several puzzles, conquering multiple navigational challenges, fighting all sorts of enemies, and collecting plenty of items along the way, Cal will be able to reach the highest point of the Forest Array, where an unexpected encounter awaits him.
While entering the Forest Array is straightforward enough and not too complicated if the player managed to achieve solid knowledge of the game's mechanics, leaving it is not as straightforward, as it is not possible to head back to Rambler's Reach and move the story forward the way Cal came.
(There will be light spoilers from this point forward, so avoid reading further if you have yet to complete the main story mission set in the Forest Array.)
After reaching the top of the Forest Array, you will get to meet Dagan Gera, an old Jedi Knight who was kept alive inside a bacta tank. The long years inside the tank and the events that transpired before he got placed inside it have changed the noble knight, who now hates the now-dissolved Jedi Council and all surviving Jedi.
After Cal manages to defeat Dagan, who will leave the area with the help of the Bedlam Raiders, he will have to return to the Rambler's Reach to check on the Mantis. Going back the way he came, however, is not an option, so players who don't look hard at their surroundings may feel a little lost.
