Star Trek Collaboration Comes to World of Warships and World of Tanks
The World of Warships and World of Tanks franchises are taking things into space with a Star Trek collaboration featuring themed Commanders, avatars, camouflages, and quests.
Wargaming’s partnership with Paramount presents the Star Trek the Next Generation collaboration that even starts you off from a new U.S.S. Enterprise-themed port. You can select from four factions, with each having their own commanders, ship camouflages, flags, and patches. The four Commanders are fully voiced and you can obtain Jean-Luc Picard of Starfleet, Vulcan first officer Spock, Romulan Commander Sela, and Klingon Empire leader Gowron.
On PC, you can get your hands on a themed skin for the American Premium Tier VIII aircraft carrier Enterprise, which enters Legendary waters for the first time. The new Commanders can lead ships, including the Romulan Japanese destroyer Akatsuki and Klingon British Tier VII light cruiser Fiji.
In World of Tanks Blitz, you can board the USS Enterprise and participate in events that will offer a number of rewards that include an Endurance tank, Starfleet avatars, legendary camouflages, a Shuttlecraft hangar item and more.
There is a secret operation to take on through July 31st. Into the Unknown Features Starfleet avatars from classic characters James T. Kirk, Hikaru Sulu, Leonard “Bones” McCoy, Spock, and Nyota Uhura. There are also four exclusive Star Trek inspired camouflages that you can discover for your tanks, with some inspired by Klingon script and the Vulcan language, and others taking some inspiration from Starfleet. If you are really up for a challenge, there's even a special quest inspired by the Kobayashi Maru test. Starting July 15th, there's even a First Contact quest that will offer rewards from the Borg.
