Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden got some new gameplay at Summer Game Fest, a supernatural, alt-history tale full of ghosts, spectres and love without limits on PS5 in 2023
Life Is Strange developer Don't Nod tells this tale, set in New Eden, 1695, of star-crossed lovers and Banishers Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith. Banishers could be described as 17th-century Ghostbusters, and when that «one last job» goes bad, Antea is fatally wounded and trapped in a nightmare state between life and death. Together, the couple explores the vast wilderness of North America in search of a supernatural solution. Sounds pretty awesome, right?
What do you think of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden? How do you feel about this action-packed offering from the normally sedate narratives Don't Nod is known for? Shoulder your musket and trudge off in the vague direction of the comments section below.
