In anticipation of its 19th September launch, a server stress test for Mortal Kombat 1 will kick off next week. Those lucky enough to be chosen can take part in a weekend of brutal violence and server testing, competing for bragging rights, if nothing else.
The Mortal Kombat 1 Online Stress Test will take place from 23-26th June at 8 am PT/4 pm BST, ending at the same time. You still have time to sign up; invites will be distributed randomly on 21st June, and we expect to see plenty of proud crowing on social media on that Wednesday in particular.
Unfortunately, there are some T's and C's. It'll be on PS5 and only available in North America, Latin America, Brazil and Europe. In addition, it will only feature 1v1 online multiplayer and a limited version of Klassic Towers, in which players can battle AI enemies.
Will you be entering the draw to participate in Mortal Kombat 1's Online Stress Test? Have you performed any arcane rituals in order to increase your odds? Let us know in the comments section below.
