Merch for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse seems to have confirmed one of the new Spider-Men who will be making an appearance in the film.
Although we're still a fair way away from Across the Spider-Verse's release, merchandise for the film has already started appearing at certain toy stores in America, with some currently found on the shelves of Target. The early appearance is likely because the film was once scheduled to come out this year. One particular item from the set seems to have confirmed a specific Spider-Man is going to be appearing in the film who hasn't been mentioned up until now. Spoilers below for who that Spider-Man is.

As reported by IGN, Spider-Man fans have spotted Spider-Punk's, real name Hobart Brown, guitar as one of the new pieces of merchandise for Across the Spider-Verse. Twitter user MCUMarvels shared a picture of two different pieces of merchandise that seem to confirm that the character will be in the film, one of his iconic mask with the mohawk on top, and another of his guitar, which is called "Spider-Punk Web Blast" here.
Unfortunately, we don't get to see what Spider-Punk will look like in the film, but we do get a look at what appears to be his logo on the guitar. Considering the two pieces of merchandise for the character, it wouldn't make a lot of sense for him not to appear in the film, so it seems almost guaranteed that he'll be one of the new Spider-Men that Gwen and Miles will run into.
