Miles Morales is New York-born and bred, but he's very proud of his mother's Puerto Rican roots. Not so much that he can remember what its flag looks like, apparently, as he instead chooses to hang the Cuban flag in his home in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Unsurprisingly, this was a mistake on the developers' part and one that will be fixed in a future patch.
In what is a pretty big oversight, Insomniac got the Cuban and Puerto Rican flags mixed up, giving Miles the wrong flag for his home, despite him sporting the correct colours elsewhere in the game. This mistake is still present in the game, confusing players who stumble across it.

Fans were quick to spot the error in Miles' home, since it's pretty hard to miss. There, taking up so much of the wall space is the flag of a country Miles has nothing to do with. Unless he just really likes Cuba?
In any case, the director of community and marketing at Insomniac, James Stevenson, has confirmed that this was a mistake, and a fix is coming soon. It's not clear when this will come into effect, but given that it's presumably a small enough issue to address, we should expect it in a future hotfix.
This isn't the only instance of Spider-Man 2 seemingly sporting the wrong flag entirely. As spotted by other players, bunting of US and Cuban flags can be found outside of the Morales home. Given that pairing the US and Puerto Rican flags together would make far more sense for the game, it's safe to assume this was also an error, once again getting the colours muddled up. Curiously, this mistake was not made for one of Miles' suits, which shows the correct flag very prominently.
