Spider-Man 2's First Funko Pops Include Kraven And Venom Figures

It took more than usual to really make a mark in the video game world in 2023 due to the sheer volume of huge titles released. If you wanted to stand out among the Tears of the Kingdoms and Baldur's Gate 3s, you needed to be something pretty special, and of course, Spider-Man 2 was that. A sequel to the PS4's best-selling game, some of its leading heroes and villains have now been turned into Funko Pops.

Four characters from the Insomniac sequel have been given their own Funko Pops. Peter and Miles in the Spidey suits they're wearing before you start unlocking new ones and switch up their looks. Miles' Pop! catches the hero in between swings, made to look like he's in mid-air thanks to its transparent stand, and his next web line coming out of his wrist. Peter's Pop also includes a stand to make it look like the figure isn't touching the floor, but because his robotic arms are included in its design and holding it up.

Joining Peter and Miles' Pops are two villains from Spider-Man 2 - Venom and Kraven. While there's a period where Peter is Venom in the game, the Pop! is modeled after the character's design when Harry is the symbiote's host. Tongue out and tendrils flared, looking like Venom is bearing down on its next victim. Kraven's Pop! is far simpler but just as effective. The Hunter is in his furs and holding a knife, and its design even includes the scars across the bad guy's eye.

ScarletJokerTWT shared images of the Pops, but they don't appear to be available for pre-order yet. That means the prices haven't been revealed, but it does look like they will be available to buy from Amazon and Entertainment Earth, likely at some point this week or potentially even later today. The Pops join the figures released following the launch of the first Spidey game which includes Peter with his mask off, MJ holding a little Spider-Man toy, and Mister Negative.
