In a recent Southern Charm episode, Jupiter Island Club was mentioned by Shep Rose and his cousin Marcie Hobb, and fans are curious to know more about the exclusive resort. Shep has been a mainstay of Southern Charm since season 1 and showed fans a glimpse into his life as one of Charleston, South Carolina’s bachelors. The Southern Charm star shared that he comes from a wealthy, established family that grew their wealth over generations.
For the first time ever, one of Shep’s family members has joined the Southern Charm cast. Shep’s cousin Marcie was first mentioned by Austen Kroll during a double date with Olivia Flowers, Shep, and his girlfriend Taylor Ann Green. Austen had joked that Marcie makes Patricia Altschul look poor, which got surprised looks from his castmates. Fans later met Marcie at Naomie Olindo’s party and Patricia commented on her last name. Shep concurred that she comes from the Hobb line and mentioned Jupiter Island Club.
