In Skyrim, you will have the opportunity to become a werewolf. This transformation can happen as you assist the Companions with The Silver Hand quest. For this quest, you will perform a ritual to become one with the Companions.

In this guide, we are going to go over how to completeThe Silver Hand quest, as well as what the rewards are. It's important to know that becoming a werewolf is not optional in this quest. You will need to become one in order to continue through the Companions questline. However, you can cure yourself after completing this questline.
Prior to beginning The Silver Hand, you will need to complete the two main story quests listed below.
In addition to the two main quests mentioned above, you will need to complete one Radiant quest. Radiant quests are given randomly. After completing Take Up Arms, you will need to complete one of the following quests.
Once you have completed one of these quests, members of the Companions will begin to direct you to Skjor.
Speak with Skjor of the Companions to accept The Silver Hand. During this conversation, Skjor will tell you to meet him near the Underforge at night. This is an underground ritual chamber located underneath Jorrvaskr. To get here, follow your marker until you come to the entrance.
Once it's nighttime, Skjor will be waiting at the entrance for you. Proceed with him into the Underforge, where you will meet Aela the Huntress, who will be in werewolf form.
After some brief introductions, you will now participate in the blood ritual to become a werewolf. Skjor will ask if you are ready, so if you decide that you no longer want to be a werewolf, you can decline and leave.
When ready, Skjor will cut Aela's wrist
