Players can now sign up for the Beta test of the upcoming open-world piracy game Skull and Bones. Set to release on November 8, Skull and Bones lets players explore the open ocean in their quest to become successful pirates and create an empire on the high seas. Skull and Bones is set in the Indian Ocean in the seventeenth century. Its developers promise Indian Ocean spice trade history intertwined with the gameplay, unlike other Atlantic-based online pirate games.
There is growing anticipation for Ubisoft's Skull and Bones because of the company's successful open-world formula coupled with the thrill of a pirate-themed, open ocean world. For players interested in getting to see the game before its official release, Ubisoft has released Beta tests that players can register for to get a sense of how the game will run.

Beta testing is currently open for players on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Playstation 5. While players can sign up to join Beta testing, there is no guarantee they will get access. First, players need to head to the Skull and Bones Beta registration page on Ubisoft to sign up for either the Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S, or PC platform. After players enter in their Ubisoft registration details, they will be on the list for upcoming Beta tests and receive an email with more information if selected. Since Ubisoft did not disclose how many Beta testers it will select from the list, players will need a bit of luck to be included.
