With the new Patch 1.15.2 finally hitting servers today, we were able to datamine all class changes arriving with Phase 3.
This is a compilation of all the class updates from the last week relevant to Phase 3. While Blizzard published the major class changes in the official patch notes, they did not document minor adjustments so we are highlighting everything below.

- Gives you a 40% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting Entangling Roots.
Duration changed from -1 ms to 0 ms - Reduces the mana cost of all shapeshifting by 10%.

Duration changed from 6 sec to 0 ms - Reduces the mana cost of all shapeshifting by 30%.

and non-instant spell casts
has a chance of causing the caster to enter a Clearcasting state. The Clearcasting state reduces the Mana, Rage or Energy cost of your next damage or healing spell or offensive ability by 100%. Lasts 10 min.
Rune Engraving (8)
- Engrave your belt with the Berserk rune:
When activated, this ability causes your Mangle (Bear) and Lacerate abilities to hit up to 3 targets, andLacerate to cost no Rage, Mangle (Bear) to have no cooldown, and reduces the energy cost of all your Cat Form abilities by 50%. Lasts 15 sec. Requires Bear Form, Cat Form, or Dire Bear Form to activate.
Clears the effect of Fear and makes you immune to Fear for the duration.
- Engrave your boots with the Dreamstate rune:
Your damaging spell critical strikes grant you 50% of your mana regeneration while casting for 8 sec and increase Nature damage dealt to the target by 20% for 12 sec.
- Engrave your boots with the Survival Instincts rune:
When activated, this grants you 30% of your maximum health for 20
