While this is in effect, Eternity Orbs and Zones revert to Temporal Orbs and Zones. Used by NPC: Chrono-Lord DeiosSteals time from nearby enemies, inflicting 1847 Arcane damage every 1 sec and reducing their Haste by 2% for 6 sec. This effect stacks and increases the caster's Haste when applied.
