Scary Hospital 2 Horror Escape Launches on Google Play

Developed by Next Generation Gaming, the first-person horror game sees its protagonist trapped in a haunted hospital inhabited by sinister entities. Players must hide, run and fight in this first-person horror adventure.
According to a synopsis from Next Generation Gaming, Scary Hospital 2 sees the player trapped by the mad scientist “Dr. Neighbor.” After being turned into a “half zombie,” players must escape the clutches of the hospital’s sinister inhabitants. These include a zombie Nurse, a grey-skinned humanoid, an axe-wielding mutant, a fur-covered beast man, a scythe-wielding phantom, and a Vampire. Developers also plan to add a sixth enemy in Scary Hospital 2 Horror Escape’s first update. The monsters track players by sound, but they can take shelter inside lockers and other places to avoid their pursuers.
Interestingly, the game seems to be in the same universe as some of Next Generation’s other titles. The game is obviously a sequel to Scary Hospital. However, it also appears to reference Scary Subway Escape Horror, which the studio released in early January.
Next Generation Gaming is not the most prestigious of mobile developers, and their games generally don’t have the most spectacular reviews. Furthermore, given the game’s Google Play screenshots, the developer’s talk of “AAA Quality Graphics” is a bit suspect.
