The Star Wars Jedi series is almost definitely going to be a trilogy, with developer Respawn Entertainment already hiring a writer for the next game. This seems to be the implication from a job ad on Linkedin, at least, which calls upon experienced writers to join a Star Wars project, presumably for either a future Jedi game or DLC - or both.
This lines up with what Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's director, Stig Asmussen, has said previously on the matter. Much like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Survivor was a huge hit as soon as it launched. It sits at 85/100 on Metacritic, and its launch sales easily beat its predecessor by 30 percent. It's seen by many as a serious Game of the Year contender, even if it is unlikely to win in a year crowded with the likes of Tears of the Kingdon and Final Fantasy 16.
As for this sequel that Respawn is (probably) already hiring
