Mortal Kombat 1’s roster reveals continue and this time the three fighters are the ninja Reptile, the demon Ashra, and Havik, the Cleric of Chaos. All three are shown off in the new trailer, called the Banished trailer, shows the allegiances each has. It appears that both Ashra and Reptile are fighting to protect Earthrealm while Havik wants to see it destroyed.
The trailer shows the abilities and fight styles of each character. You can see in this version of Mortal Kombat, Reptile can shift between his human and reptile form, an ability that saw him exiled from his people. Ashra has purged a lot of her demon tendencies, changing her so she looks more human. Havik uses chaos powers to unleash powers against his enemies.
The Mortal Kombat 1 beta will run from 18th to 21st August across PS5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles – there’s no word on if and when a PC beta will be held. This beta will be exclusively for people who pre-order Mortal Kombat 1 to gain access. Mortal Kombat 1 pre-orders also get players Shang Tsung as a playable characters.
