Raid Buff Scrolls Returning in Patch 10.2.7 - Timerunning Pandaria: Remix

In today's Patch 10.2.7 PTR, we've datamined new spells that indicate the return of raid buff scrolls including Mystic Touch and Chaos Brand for Timerunning Pandaria: Remix.

In previous expansions, raid buff scrolls allowed players to partially fill in holes in compositions which was especially helpful in 10-man raiding and dungeon content where the number of players was limited.

Perhaps these raid buff scrolls are returning because Timerunning raids might allow for smaller raid groups?

• NEW For 1 hour, your damage brands the target, increasing magic damage taken by 4%.
  
• NEW Increases Haste by 15% for all party and raid members. Lasts 40 sec.
  Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and be unable to benefit from Bloodlust, Heroism, or similar effects again for 10 min.

• NEW Increases the attack power of all raid and party members within 100 yards by 4% for 1 hour.
  Used by Item
• NEW For 1 hour, your damage brands the target, increasing magic damage taken by 4%.
  Used by Item
• NEW Infuses the target with vitality, increasing their Stamina by 4% for 1 hour.
  If the target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.
  Used by Item
• NEW Infuses the target with brilliance, increasing their Intellect by 4% for 1 hour.
  If the target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.

• NEW For 1 hour, your damage weakens the target, increasing Physical damage taken by 4%.

• NEW For 1 hour, your damage weakens the target, increasing Physical damage taken by 4%.
  
• NEW Infuse a friendly target with the power of the wild, increasing their Versatility by 2% for 60 minutes.
  If target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected.
  Used by Item
• NEW Dispels all harmful curse, magic, poison, and disease effects from the target ally.
  Used by Item
• Brings a dead ally back to life with 35% health and mana. Cannot be cast when in combat.
