The time has come to unveil the best PS5 and PS4 games of 2023… according to readers of Push Square! As is tradition, we presented the community with a shortlist of 50 PlayStation titles near the end of last year. Readers were asked to vote for up to five of their favourites.
We used a weighted voting system to ensure a fairer round of results, with top picks earning more points — and now that everything's been tallied up, we're ready to reveal the winners.
Below are the top ten games of 2023, as voted by you. We've included the total number of votes, total points (as per the weighted voting system), and the overall vote percentage of each game.
Over 14,700 votes were cast in our poll, so thanks to everyone who took part!
Now then, without further ado...
10. Sea of Stars — 383 votes, 1032 points (2%)
9. Lies of P — 384 votes, 1,122 points (2%)
8. Dead Space — 638 votes, 1,732 points (4%)
7. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor — 864 votes, 2,410 points (5%)
6. Hogwarts Legacy — 1,179 votes, 3,504 points (8%)
