A recent Take-Two Interactive earnings report has claimed that Sony's PS5 has outsold Microsoft's Xbox Series consoles by an almost two-to-one margin going into 2024. The PS5's success has been no secret after it recently hit a major sales milestone.
In December, PlayStation announced it had sold 50 million PS5 units since the console's launch in November 2020. Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer recently confirmed that Xbox will deliver a «business update» the week of February 12th, which will likely respond to the recent rumors.
