While it's safe to say the majority of PS5 players don't utilize the feature, Game Help can prove useful and gives players another option when they're stuck in a game beyond looking up a traditional guide or watching a YouTube video. Perhaps expanding PS5's Game Help feature to include community videos will help it become more widely-used by the community.
