A Shiny pocket monster in Pokémon Legends: Arceus was nearly lost inside of a rock, causing a rollercoaster catch for one unlucky player. Shiny Pokémon are much easier to hunt in Pokémon Legends: Arceus compared to past Pokémon games due to the increased odds. Space-time distortions can also help in finding unique and powerful Shinies.
There are several different ways to increase the Shiny odds in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. One way is to fill out a Pokémon’s Pokédex entry by completing its research tasks. Another is to complete all of a specific Pokémon’s research tasks, then obtaining the Shiny charm by filling out all the Pokédex entries helps increase the odds even further. Pokémon Mass Outbreaks also have a higher rate of obtaining specific Shinies. Because of all these Shiny boosts, hunting down Shiny Pokémon has never been easier, which has made hunting for them more satisfying.
