After initially planning to launch the series in late February, the premiere date of Pokémon Horizons on Netflix has been pushed back a couple of weeks. The next iteration of the anime series will now launch the first week of March in the United States.
No reason was given for the nearly two-week delay, but the Pokémon Company did drop a new trailer to help make the wait a bit less painful.
Netflix confirmed that the new premiere date for Pokémon Horizons in the U.S. is Thursday, March 7. It’s only a 13-day delay, but still a delay nonetheless. Eager fans ready to continue on with the anime series will have to wait a wee bit longer.
As for the new Pokémon Horizons trailer, it’s really just more of what we’ve already seen. We’re teased with the new lead duo of Liko and Roy in the Kanto region. There are mysterious pendants, new friends and foes, and of course, fresh Pokémon to catch.
We’ll journey along with you when Pokémon Horizons: The Series begins streaming March 7.
