Fans of the Pokemon franchise continue to share incredible new creature designs of their own, with one talented member of the community showing off a whole new take on Furret, an adorable and widely beloved critter among the fanbase as a whole. Originally introduced in the Gen 2 Pokemon games, Furret is quite an iconic Normal-type Pokemon, which is a particularly common choice among players who prefer to collect their own variety of Pokemon that put cuteness before raw battle stats.
Despite its common appeal to fans, Furret has become an even more recognizable face to players all around the world thanks to the «walking Furret» meme infamous among the online Pokemon community. While Furret is obtainable in most Pokemon games, including Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the drawback to its friendly face and fluffy appearance is its rather undesirable battle stats. Players interested in crafting stronger teams for the purposes of competitive multiplayer or otherwise have countless other critters to choose from, but some fan-made designs focus on redesigning Furret practically from the ground up.
One fan artist from the Pokemon community named Abbx has created an entirely new regional variant for Furret, which was designed for the creator's conceptual «Pokemon Blood and Tear» titles. Furret's «Nayuban Form» boasts a vastly different physical design when compared to the original Johtonian Furret and uses the Electric type in addition to Furret's standard Normal type. The incorporation of the Electric type is represented in the creature's design with bright yellow stripes representing lightning bolts and dark-gray fur, which makes this form of Furret seem like its body consists of a thundercloud. The artist even shows off a shiny version of the Pokemon, which utilizes an electric-blue color scheme instead.
