Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced MENA Hero Project, a Middle East North Africa version of its Hero Project incubator program.
The Hero Project incubator programs aim to identify promising local developers and support them in bringing compelling gaming experiences to global gaming communities.
Sony Interactive Entertainment currently has existing Hero Project programs in China and India. China Hero Project has supported a number of notable projects from Chinese developers, including F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch and ANNO: Mutationem, as well as upcoming titles like EVOTINCTION, Lost Soul Aside, Convallaria, and AI-LIMIT. And India Hero Project announced its first slate of titles earlier this year.
Through MENA Hero Project, Sony Interactive Entertainment hopes to drive growth and innovation with game developers in the Middle East North Africa region. It will support game developers based in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia.
Sony Interactive Entertainment is now accepting submissions from game developers based in the Middle East North Africa region. Interested developers can apply here.
