Some Delve tuning hotfixes have been applied which affects Group Scaling, Solo Scaling and removing Minibossses from Tier 8 once again.
From initial tests this is what we found. However, there could be more changes and we'll have to wait for Blizzard to post them.
The deadly Zekvir Minibosses have been once again removed from Tier 8 Delves. Rejoice!
Players will no longer feel the need to reset the dungeon, skip, or use other weird strategies to avoid these creatures.
For some reason, it looks like the damage of spells in Solo content has been buffed by ~12.5% compared to this morning. This is after last night's unannounced hotfix of a 20% nerf, so this is still a net win compared to earlier in the week.
Overall, mobs are now doing 10% less spell damage than earlier in the week and there's no miniboss to contend with. Great news for solo Delves.
We've received some reports that the group scaling of Delves has been reduced, mostly in the damage deparment. This is likely related to why the solo scaling has been changed again, and my assumption is that the outgoing damage of group Delves is now somewhere between yesterday and this morning.
Group delves should now be possible again, but take longer than earlier in the week.
