It has been announced that PlayStation 5 bundles will be available at GameStop today, January 21. The elusive current-generation console remains difficult to acquire, due in part to production delays and bots that quickly scoop them up online. PS5 restock announcements have become commonplace, giving users some notice as stock continues to quickly sell out, often within a matter of minutes of listings going live.
Console bundles are becoming more commonplace when the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S do become available, no matter the retailer, with many aiming to purchase just a console having to purchase a bundle instead. Bundles typically contain a game or two, but can also include additional controllers, and even online subscriptions to services like PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass. Previous PS5 bundles spotted on the shelves have included PS5-exclusive games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, as well as Sony exclusives like Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. PS5 bundles with exclusive games make sense, with those acquiring the console likely looking to try out games that can't be played elsewhere.

The bundles will include a PlayStation 5 console, Call of Duty: Vanguard, a red PS5 DualSense controller, a gift card, and twelve months of PS Plus.
Just last month, GameStop announced an in-store restock of the PS5, made available December 30, giving hopeful fans a last shot at acquiring the console in 2021.
