Notable among all of them are Wrathful Malignant Hearts — dubbed «Super Powers» by Blizzard. Malignant Hearts Overview Crafting Malignant Hearts and Invokers These hearts have incredible bonuses to many builds, but one thing that many players don't realize is that you can only have one equipped! These hearts are so powerful that unlike other Caged Malignant Hearts, you cannot have multiples of the same category socketed in your jewelry. This information is sadly hard to find without attempting to socket a second Wrathful Heart: the only indication we've seen was a datamined loading screen message.
