In a new trailer shown at Gamescom 2024, Grinding Gear Games gave players a glimpse into some of the high-intensity bosses that populate the world of Wraeclast in Path of Exile 2. In addition to showing off the game's content, Grinding Gear has also announced that it is coming to Early Access on November 15.
Path of Exile 2 was initially announced in 2019 and has been developing since then. It was initially announced as a large update for the original game but has since become its own game, and it will be available for players to get stuck into this year.

Path of Exile 2 will feature 12 character classes, with two for every combination of Strength, Dexterity, and intelligence. With each of the twelve character classes, there are also three Ascendancy specializations, which gives players a grand total of 36 Ascendancy Classes to pick between.
Path of Exile is notoriously known for its extensive skill tree, and it will return in Path of Exile 2. There will be 1,500 skills to choose from, allowing you to customize your gameplay experience. However, the skill tree now includes Dual Specialization, which will enable you to allocate passive skill points to two sets of skills. For example, this allows you to have points assigned to both ice and lightning.
