Adam Scott posted a photo to his Instagram of himself and three other cast members in costume for the season 3 revival ofParty Down. Scott (Parks and Recreation) played the show's protagonist, Henry Pollard, for two years alongside Ken Marino (The Other Two), Martin Starr (Silicon Valley), Ryan Hansen (Veronica Mars), Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), Jane Lynch (Glee), and Megan Mullally (Will & Grace). The series follows the ensemble as they work catering jobs together while hoping to make it big in Hollywood.
The original series aired on Starz from 2009-2010 and was largely written by John Enbom, Rob Thomas, Dan Etheridge, and Paul Rudd. Although the show received acclaim from critics during its original run, Starz cancelled it after the second season due to low ratings and several cast members leaving the show due to scheduling conflicts. It was announced last year that Starz has ordered 6 new episodes for a Party Down season 3 revival. A specific air date for the new episodes has not yet been set and production is still ongoing.
