Orny Adams, who played coach Bobby Finstock, celebrates his return for the Teen Wolf reunion movie in a new set video. One of the most popular teen/young-adult dramas is about to make its come back, but not in its original format. Based on the 1985 comedy/horror film, MTV reimagined Teen Wolf as a dark supernatural adventure following the adventures of Scott McCall, who becomes a werewolf and uses his powers to protect Beacon Hills. After finishing its run in 2017, Teen Wolf, which became one of MTV's most successful shows, is already set for a reunion as a Paramount+ exclusive movie.
Teen Wolf: The Movie will be shepherded by the original showrunner Jeff Davis, who was part of the series from start to finish. The premise focuses on Scott and his friends a few years after the end of the MTV series as a terrifying evil strikes Beacon Hill, which brings all sorts of supernatural creatures out of the woodwork. It will be up to Scott to bring old and new allies together in order to stop this new threat. Tyler Posey, along with most of the original Teen Wolf cast members, are set to reprise their characters as filming has recently kicked off.
