Netflix's You has officially started filming season 4, with a set photo confirming it. Very few details have been confirmed about the hit series' next batch of episodes, save for the assumption that Penn Badgley will reprise his role as serial killer Joe Goldberg. You's third season was released last October to critical acclaim and high viewer numbers, becoming the number one program on the streamer for several weeks.
Based on a series of novels by Caroline Kepnes, You follows Badgley's Joe Goldberg, a violent psychopath who becomes obsessed with his victims and goes to extreme lengths to be with them, whether it involves stalking, kidnapping, or murder. The new season will likely follow Joe to Paris as he follows Marienne (Tati Gabrielle), who was introduced in You season 3 as a new love interest for Joe after his marriage to Love (Victoria Pedretti) began to fracture. Though the first two seasons shared similarities with the novels, the third season abandoned any book storylines altogether and will continue in the fourth season to go in its own direction.
