Palworld is making a massive improvement with the new update by making it so players can better manage the tasks performed by Pals at their base. Palworld has been a massive hit since its early access launch. Like other early access games, Palworld was released with some technical problems and drawbacks, but the developers have been working hard to update the game frequently and make it a more fully-featured experience.
Numerous Palworld updates have been released since launch. The vast majority of the Palworld updates released so far have been aimed at the game's lingering bugs, squashing them and polishing the overall experience. Future Palworld updates will be a bit more substantial by adding significant new content to the game through new features, Pals, and more. As it so happens, an upcoming update for the game stands to be one of the most significant the beloved early access game has seen since launch.
The upcoming Palworld update will make a huge improvement to the Monitoring Stand so players have more direct control over what their Pals are doing at their base. This was revealed by Palworld community manager Bucky, who shared a screenshot on Twitter showing the new-and-improved Monitoring Stand in action. Once the update goes live, Palworld players can choose which tasks each Pal focuses on by toggling them off and on.
Unsurprisingly, Palworld players have responded positively to the news, though some have suggested that base management could be improved even further. Multiple replies to Bucky's tweet have suggested that this feature takes things a step further by allowing players to prioritize tasks for Pals instead of turning them on or off. This way, a Pal could complete one task, then move on to the next task, and so on and so forth. Such a feature would make base Pals much more efficient, but regardless, the change being made in the new update is still a massive improvement that will no doubt be appreciated by the community.
