When loading into Palworld, one player discovered their world had turned pink thanks to an unknown glitch. Since the game is an early access title, it's not unusual to run into a bug or two. Though it's not a game breaking glitch, having a pink tinted world is distracting to the player experience of Palworld.
A creature collector and survival crafting game blended into one, Palworld broke record sales numbers soon after launch. There have been a variety of bugs, some of which negatively impact gameplay. Other times, they only cause visual disturbances.
Reddit user TheOriginalSkyZer0 loaded into the game only to find that the world had changed to a rosy hue. There have been other glitches, like Palworld's Vixy becoming giant, that occur out of the blue. This is one of those times when a player experiences a bug with seemingly no cause.
TheOriginalSkyZer0 restarted the title and their PC to no avail as the in-game lighting remained pink. Fortunately, another Reddit user pointed out a solution. Simply go to the Alpha Blazamut Mineshaft location in Palworld, head down the tunnel, then turn around and exit. For users that have experienced color glitches, this has reverted the world back to original tones. Other users noted doing this can result in player worlds turning black, yet another glitch. The black world seems to be easier dealt with and more common than the pink variety, however.
There have been a number of visual issues in the survival game, such as Palworld becoming pixelated. Thankfully, TheOriginalSkyZer0's glitch only changed their world to shades of bubblegum, instead of causing issues with their base like some other bugs have been known to do.
While the world has a pink hue, it can give players a new perspective on the environment of Palworld.
