The Lighthouse in Cierzo will be the first house that you own. There are no additional steps you need to take to own it for the first time.
During Call to Adventure, you are required to pay off your Blood Debt with either 150 silver or a Writ of Tribal Favor. This must be done in five days, and if you fail to do so, you will lose ownership of the Lighthouse.
If this happens, you will need to repurchase it for 300 silver. This money can be brought straight to Rissa Aberdeen, who will give you access to the Lighthouse.
It's also possible to lose the Lighthouse during the Vendavel quest. Unfortunately, this will be permanent and you cannot buy it back.
Each of the four cities that you can visit has a house available. At each of these locations, the house will cost you 500 silver.
In addition to paying this hefty sum, you will also need to complete the following tasks.
It's possible to purchase every house, but you are only able to join one faction. This means that to get a house in a city with a different faction, you will need to complete a quest.
