NVIDIA is rumored to launch its more powerful GeForce RTX 4080 Ti GPU in early 2024 within a similar price range as the RTX 4080.
The latest rumor comes from MEGAsizeGPU who reports that NVIDIA is going to launch a new GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card in early 2024. This new graphics card may either be the GeForce RTX 4080S (SUPER) or RTX 4080 Ti though we expect the card to feature the "Ti" branding since it will be more in line with the current Ada Lovelace offerings.
There will be a 4080S(maybe Ti) in early 2024.
Based on AD102, TGP below 450W, same price range as 4080

Regardless of the naming scheme, the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Ti graphics card will be based on the AD102 GPU core which means that it will feature a slightly better core configuration than the RTX 4080 Non-Ti/S. The TGP of this new variant is set to be configured at 450W, realistically around the 380-420W range and we might get a memory upgrade too with a 320-bit interface and 20 GB VRAM since the existing RTX 4080 comes packed with a 256-bit interface and 16 GB VRAM. There's quite a big performance and spec gap between the RTX 4080 and the RTX 4090 so this card will try to fill in that space.
As for pricing, well it is also reported that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Ti graphics card will come within the same price range as the existing RTX 4080 which has an MSRP of $1199 US but can be found around $1050-$1100 US on various retail outlets. That would suggest that we might see an official price drop on the existing RTX 4080 graphics cards down to $999 US or below while the RTX 4080 Ti takes up the $1199 US segment which would make the pricing of the higher-end Ada cards more sensible.
It should be remembered that the
