Fractured Online Opens Character Creation and Name Reservations Ahead of Steam Early Access November 8th
Fractured Online will relaunch Steam Early Access on November 8th, and Dynamight Studios has completed work on the base build ahead of the launch, and opened character creation.
There’s a brand new devblog with everything you need to know before the Steam relaunch. If you uninstalled the game after it went offline in January for closed development, then you should be fine just installing it fresh in time for next week’s relaunch. Due to the dissolved agreement between Dynamight and former publisher Gamigo, if you did not uninstall, uninstall and then reinstall it completely, in order to remove all Gamigo-linked files, including to their Glyph launcher.
If you have a Fractured Online account and used therecently shared migration tool, you will be able to link your account to your Steam account. Otherwise, you can create one and then link them.
Founders pack owners of Legendary and above can already create a character name and reserve it. Character creation is also open so you can see all of the options and decide what you want before the game relaunches on the 8th. Creating a character does not reserve the name for you, so if you have that Founders pack, you can go ahead and do both right now.
