NVIDIA has silently updated its GeForce RTX GPUs & AI PC platform badges to include a new tagline which is "Powering Advanced AI".
It's not quite often that NVIDIA updates its GeForce RTX badge. The last major update was the introduction of the first RTX series graphics cards back in 2018 which moved away from GeForce GTX to GeForce RTX branding and later on, the company revised its "GeForce RTX" badge to a more simplistic and modern tone compared to the more aggressive one featured on RTX 20 and RTX 30 series.
Now, the company is adding a new tagline to its "GeForce RTX" badges which says "Powering Advanced AI". The inclusion of this new tagline is to highlight the AI prowess offered on Green Team's consumer-level hardware.
The company has been leading the charge in AI with several applications and technologies such as DLSS, DLSS Frame Gen, DLSS Ray Reconstruction, ChatRTX, ACE, and more to come. Currently, there are over 600 RTX apps with more on the way which is a showcase of how NVIDIA is bringing AI-powered experiences to life.
NVIDIA has also highlighted how its consumer-tier platforms offer premium"AI PC" experiences, offering several hundred and in some cases, even several thousands of AI TOPS versus the mere 50-60 TOPS offered in existing NPUs that are integrated in some of the leading SOCs from AMD, Intel and Qualcomm.
This new case badge is already being used by OEMs and partners who are either offering DIY GPUs or offering pre-built PCs or laptops featuring NVIDIA hardware. The GeForce RTX platform is more than just a gaming solution, it's being used for multiple applications such as content creation, high-end rendering, workstation use, and more.
\With each generation, NVIDIA
