Nothing Phone (1) details are leaking faster than we can grasp! It has been barely days since Nothing revealed the phone’s design and already, a lot of its specs and other features are surfacing. We had assumed that the price could be kept a secret and Nothing would reveal its exclusively at the launch event. Sadly, that privilege has also been taken away from the company, thanks to today’s leak. The leaked price isn't much of a surprise considering all the hype Nothing has been building around it.
Based on leaked information obtained by Rootmygalaxy, it is said that the Nothing Phone (1) could have a starting price of somewhere around $400. That means Nothing’s first phone in India could carry a price of approximately Rs. 31000 for its base variant, which could have 128GB storage. The 256GB variant could cost $419 (approximately Rs. 32000) while the top-end variant with 12GB RAM could cost $456 (Rs. 36000 approximately). Note that these are unconfirmed prices and Nothing hasn’t hinted about it yet.
Additionally, the report says that the Phone (1) buyers will have to wait 2 weeks after the launch since the first sale is likely to begin in late July for global markets. Indians could get their hands on the phone before other markets though.
The leak also gives us some information on things that are yet to be leaked. Similar to Samsung and Apple, Nothing will also sell the phone without a charger in the box. Buyers will need to purchase the 45W charger separately from Nothing. The charger will be able to charge the battery from 0-50 percent in 30 minutes. The phone will also be able to do reverse wireless charging at 5W speeds.
