Noah Thompson, the American Idol season 20 winner and country singer, celebrated his much-deserved victory after a season of incredible performances. Noah is a 20-year-old construction worker from Louisa, Kentucky, who auditioned for the show when his best friend Arthur believed in his raw talent and signed him up. Noah had no prior performing experience, but he earned three votes of yes from the American Idol judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan, and a golden ticket to Hollywood. Noah was a humble and relatable contestant whose biggest goal in life is to best father he can possibly be to his 1-year-old son, Walker.
