More Sonic Toys Party gameplay footage has leaked online, giving fans a possible look at some of the stages and character costumes in the rumored mobile game. Sega had stated earlier this year that it was interested in developing titles exclusively for mobile devices. Spin-off games like Persona 5: The Phantom X and Sonic Toys Party are some of the ways that Sega is looking to expand its reach into the mobile gaming market.

It would support up to 32 players at one time, and would be released for iOS and Android. Midori's leaks also claimed that players would compete in obstacle courses, fight bosses, and other objectives in order to be the last player remaining. Sonic Toys Party will also supposedly feature collaborations with other Sega properties like Persona, and the rings collected in-game act as a currency to unlock new costumes and other cosmetics.

The Fall Guys-inspired gameplay has been tweaked with the Sonic series' elements, such as incorporating grind rails and loops. Players sometimes not only have to race to the goal, but also face off against bosses like the Death Egg Robot from Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
Near the end of this leaked gameplay trailer is footage of the character customization elements. Players can equip costumes based on iconic Sonic the Hedgehog characters, including Sonic, Amy, Shadow, and Dr. Eggman. Lesser-known but still relatively popular
