How do you feel about PS Plus Premium now then? There’s no question it’s got a lot, lot better than it used to be – and most first-party games are even launching with full Trophy sets right now. That includes the latest trio of PSP titles added to the service today: Ape Escape: On the Loose, Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice, and MediEvil: Resurrection.
In the case of Ape Escape: On the Loose, you’ll need to engage with all the minigames, progress through the plot, and play time attack at least once. Then, MediEvil: Resurrection will see you working your way through all the levels, and beating its bosses along the way. It’s a similar story in Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice, where you’ll need to complete the game and collect a number of upgrades.
With save states and rewind functionality included by default with Sony’s emulator, all of these should be relatively straightforward Platinum Trophies to unlock. And remember, if you really like these games you can double-dip across the PS5 and PS4 versions, meaning there’s potentially hundreds of Trophies for you to collect here. Fantastic these games are so often given new life with new developer implemented challenges. Unfortunate that many are just the pointless “you have gotten this far in the story” type however.
