While it's pretty common for quests in Wayfinder to give you specific directions, you'll occasionally come across one that asks you to do a bit of exploring in the Highlands. One such quest is «The Bell Tree,» which tasks you with finding an item beneath a unique tree with a bell in the center of it. Without a quest marker, all you know is that it's, well, somewhere on the map. You're in luck, though, because we'll tell you where to find the Bell Tree below so you can wrap this quest up.
The first step for finding Wayfinder's Bell Tree is to head to the signal fire (fast travel point) closest to the Codex Halls in the Highlands. Facing away from the signal fire, head out of the ruins using the exit on your right. Directly head, head left up the hill, and continue running forward for a while until you finally see a clearing on your left.
Down in this watery location is the large Bell Tree, which is quite literally just a tree that has grown to create a circular design with a bell hanging in the middle of it. However, you're not here for the tree itself – you're here for a cache beneath it. Make your way over to the bell and look for an interaction point that says «Open Cache,» click it, and you'll complete the quest.
As a reward, you'll earn some Memory Fragments, as well as character and Reward Tower XP. With that handled, you can resume any of the other quests you may have for the Highlands, resting assured that most of them should have quest markers.
