Wayfinder is a game designed from the ground up with cooperation in mind, putting both friends and strangers in parties so that they can work together to overcome intense but rewarding dungeons and bosses. If you've come across the quest «Helping Hand» fairly early on in Wayfinder, you may be a bit confused about how to earn its three required Helper Coins. However, rest assured that it's an easy process and only requires you to head to the Gloomsphere in Skylight and select «Join Helper Queue» in the upper right corner of the menu.
The Helper Queue will matchmake you with a group in a random dungeon that may need an extra member. By giving them a hand and reaching the end of the dungeon, you'll earn some Helper Coins for your trouble. You can then take these coins to Wolf in Skylight to exchange them for Gloomstones and keys.

With that in mind, be sure to check with Wolf regularly and trade in any Helper Coins you've accrued so that you never miss out on these supplementary upgrade materials.
