Tower of Fantasy 3.2 Update, The Dragon Grove, Gets a New Trailer and Details
Tower of Fantasy is preparing for its next update, version 3.2, The Dragon Grove. The update is coming September 5th, and there’s a new trailer and new details for what’s on the way.
The Dragon Grove features the town of Joltville, the administrativecenter of Domain 9 and a place hidden in the mountains. This lively place, while relatively small, is also a bustling trade hub. The area is also filled with creatures, including some that are quite rare. It seems that exploration and discovering new additions is in the near future.
In the new trailer, we meet Huang, who introduces us all to Joltville and its features and importance. The city is also where work on finding a solution to the energy depletion problem and repelling the Darkness is happening. We also get, throughout, to preview a couple of the upcoming simulacra
“Defend the Dragon Pool. Eliminate the Darkness,” Huang says. Domain 9 will have “what it takes to go up against fate” if Tianzheng Pavilion–of which Huang is master– stands.
Joltville is also the place where the Qinglong’s Might will converge. In Chinese, Qinglong, refers to the Azure Dragon, one of the legendary dragon gods. The Dragon Grove update hints at a lot more going on here too. The dragon themes are evident from the opening of the new trailer, especially in the giant dragon statue the camera pans over in the intro.
As Tower of Fantasy trailers often do, the latter part of the new update trailer opens up some very sinister happenings and the dark and dangerous threats to come.
We’ll have to wait until the team releases more info, but the September 5th update isn’t too far away. There are a few events running until before the next update.
