New gameplay for Armored Core 6: Fire of Rubicon has gone live, showcasing several gameplay elements for From Software's upcoming mech assault game. One of the gameplay features highlighted in the video is the Stagger effect, which allows you to temporarily stun tough enemies and inflict extra damage on them. Traversal also takes advantage of the more vertical design of each stage in Armored Core 6, and to get around, you can load your mech into a conveniently placed catapult and launch into the air without needing to burn through your Boost meter first.
There's also a closer look at mech customization, as you'll be able to outfit internal, external, and weapon parts on your armored core.
