Angel Matrix’s fast-paced puzzle-platforming first person shooter Neon White was one of the biggest surprise hits of last year, and was met with widespread praise from all corners upon its PC and Nintendo Switch launch halfway through 2022. Later on in the year in December, it became available on PlayStation consoles as well, and it seems it’ll soon also be making a jump to Xbox.
That’s as per a classification rating by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB), which mentions Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One as platforms for Neon White. An Xbox version of the indie shooter hasn’t yet been officially announced, but one would assume, based on the ESRB’s rating, that will be changing in the near future.
Interestingly enough, leaks claimed towards the end of last year that Neon White was indeed in the works for Xbox consoles as well, though at the time, publisher Annapurna Interactive said it had no plans to bring the game to Microsoft’s consoles in December (which, curiously enough, wasn’t specifically mentioned in the leak itself).
Neon White is currently available on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, and PC.
